BeamLive Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2026 · Last Updated: September 22, 2026

BeamLive, Inc. (“Beam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides enterprise-grade communication, messaging, dynamic collaboration, and the Beam Unified Communication of Things (Beam UCoT) a mobile/IoT platform.

This Privacy Policy addresses how we collect, process, protect, and handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and system telemetry in accordance with applicable United States privacy laws and information security standards. Individual enterprise tenants, authorized Value-Added Resellers (VARs), or customer-branded applications powered by Beam may deploy supplementary privacy notices governing their specific organizational deployments.

1. Information We Collect and Access

Depending on whether you visit our websites, interact with our interactive AI intake engines, access tenant portals, or use our mobile and IoT applications, we collect and process the following categories of data:

A. Information You Provide Directly

Identity and Contact Data: Full name, business email address, corporate telephone number, job title, company name, mailing address, and corporate social media identifiers.

Account Credentials: Passwords, multi-factor authentication tokens, and user role assignments.

Commercial and Transaction Data: Payment instrument details (credit card tokens, billing contacts, invoicing addresses). All payment card transactions are handled directly through certified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe); Beam never stores or directly processes raw payment card data on its application servers.

Interactive Solution Ingestion Data: Project parameters, operational specifications, module selections, and free-form architecture requirements submitted via web forms or conversational interfaces (such as beamAI / beamWebAI).

B. Device, Hardware Sensor, and In-App Telemetry

When using Beam mobile applications, connected web clients, or integrated IoT hardware with user or administrator permission:

Geolocation Data: High-precision GPS coordinates, geofence triggers, and location telemetry used for dynamic tracking, mapping, and geolocated dispatch.

Audio and Video Streams: Access to device microphones and cameras for real-time video streaming, push-to-talk voice collaboration, recorded media logs, and WebRTC communications.

Device Sensor Streams & IoT Telemetry: Connected Bluetooth/BLE signals, accelerometer data, vehicle/asset telemetry, MQTT payload streams, and connected smart device data.

Local Contacts and Directories: Access to authorized contact books or organization directories when explicitly enabled to facilitate communication and dispatch.

C. Automated Web Intake & Security Metadata

Network & Security Telemetry: IP address, browser user-agent signatures, domain DNS verification, and system diagnostic data collected to prevent spam, scrapers, and automated threat vectors.

2. How We Use and Process Your Information

Beam processes collected data strictly for verified business and operational purposes:

Real-Time Collaboration & Communication: Facilitating low-latency encrypted messaging, live voice/video streaming, dispatch coordination, and situational awareness across organizations.

Intelligent Qualification & Triage: Utilizing automated evaluators (including third-party AI models under strict enterprise processing terms) to verify inbound business inquiries, classify lead validity, detect spam or malicious injection, and triage questionable submissions for administrative review.

Autonomous Solution Architecture & Sizing: Processing your operational problem descriptions through beamAI and beamWebAI to draft technical blueprints, determine module configurations (e.g., IoT Engine, Dispatch, WebRTC Streaming), and generate dynamic proposals, pricing, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Automated Organization Provisioning: Instantiating tenant databases, root administration accounts, security keys, MQTT topic trees, and pre-configured workspace portals upon agreement execution.

Operational Notifications: Dispatching transactional SMS, system alerts, and verification emails strictly required for account security, dispatch events, or system operation.

3. Data Protection, Model Privacy, and Third-Party Isolation

A. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Boundaries

Inbound project specifications, technical requirements, and conversational chat sessions processed by beamAI or foundational language model partners are used solely to evaluate, architect, price, and provision your configuration.

Zero Model Training: Your proprietary architectural data, conversations, and business specifications are never sold, shared across tenants, or used to train public or foundation AI models.

B. Third-Party Scripts and Cookies

Our marketing and intake websites avoid non-essential tracking scripts and unauthorized third-party trackers.

The interactive guided setup sets a single session cookie (valid for up to fourteen days) stored locally in your browser to preserve interface state (such as light/dark mode and viewport scroll position). Clearing browser storage removes this data entirely.

Information entered into our interactive builders or contact portals is transmitted only when explicitly submitted.

C. Commercial Restrictions

Beam does not sell, rent, or lease personal or enterprise data to data brokers or third-party marketing platforms.

We do not distribute your personal details to outside parties without advance notice or your explicit authorization, except when necessary to complete commercial transactions (e.g., routing an invoicing request to an authorized regional VAR or enterprise sales representative).

4. Security, Encryption, and Data Retention

Encryption in Transit & at Rest: All communications, audio/video channels, and data packets are secured using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL), WebRTC security protocols (DTLS/SRTP), and standard AES-256 encryption at rest.

Vulnerability Management: Beam platforms undergo routine vulnerability assessments, access audits, and automated security scans.

Data Control & Retention: Administrators have access controls to establish organizational retention, logging, and data-archiving rules. You may request the deletion of your intake data or account information at any time.

5. User Controls and Device Permissions

You maintain direct control over your hardware sensors and shared information:

Device permissions (Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, and Contacts) can be modified, revoked, or disabled at any time through operating system settings on your mobile device or browser.

Disabling specific sensor permissions may restrict certain real-time collaboration, live tracking, or video dispatch capabilities.

6. Business Transfers

If BeamLive, Inc. is involved in a merger, corporate acquisition, reorganization, or sale of company assets, your personal and organizational data may be transferred as part of the business transition. We will provide formal advance notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a modified or separate privacy framework.
